Directions

After exposure, mix 1 drop of Germ Fighter with 1 tablespoon of your preferred Plant Therapy carrier oil. Massage it onto your back or chest, particularly at bedtime and again in the morning before getting dressed. Germ Fighter can also be used in a diffuser. For topical application, dilute it to 0.5% - 2%.

Combine Immune Aid with a body care base or carrier oil before applying it to the chest, neck, and throat (use at a 2% dilution). Diffuse it into the air to enhance the environment at home or work.

Add 1-2 drops of Respir Aid to a large bowl of water that is just too hot for skin contact (not boiling). Cover your head and the bowl with a towel, and breathe in the steam for 5 minutes. This method is not recommended for small children.
