Unwind features a calming medley of Bergamot, Ho Wood, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Myrrh, and more, providing comfort to both mind and body, guiding you into a night of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Each blend is versatile, ideal for diffusing to fill your room with a soothing scent that calms nervous tension and eases the mind. For a subtler experience, apply a couple of drops of your preferred blend onto a cotton round near your bedside to gently inhale the aroma as you drift off to sleep. Directions:

• Relax Essential Oil Blend: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
• Sleep Tight Essential Oil Blend: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
• Unwind Essential Oil Blend: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.
