Relax was created to elevate your relaxation experience by promoting a calming state of mind, helping you feel more at ease. This blend combines the pure, undiluted essential oils of Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium Egyptian, and Chamomile Roman, each renowned for their therapeutic properties and soothing aroma.

Directions:

• Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Place a drop or two near your pillow at night for a calming sleep experience.

• Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier oil and apply to pulse points or areas of tension. Mix with unscented body lotion or carrier oil for a tension-relieving massage throughout the day. Can also be added to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
