Directions:

Enhance meditation focus by diffusing 1 drop of Patchouli with 1 drop of Sweet Basil. Combat shoe and foot odor by filling an old tube sock with baking soda, adding lemon and Patchouli oils, and tucking the sock into the shoe for 12-24 hours.
